Notes & split guidance

Standards: a single sitemap may contain at most 50,000 URLs and must not exceed 50 MB (uncompressed). If your site exceeds either, split the list and generate multiple sitemaps, then reference them from a sitemap index file.
Schemes: a scheme (http or https) is required. URLs without one are normalized to https://; if normalization fails they are rejected in the Valid check.
Dedupe: duplicate URLs (after normalization) are emitted only once. Skipped duplicates are counted in the details panel.
Escaping: &, <, >, ", and ' are correctly XML-escaped in the output.
Defaults: leave a default column blank to omit it from entries that don't specify their own value.
